Boot-leg Shadow-shroom is a Boot-leg who appears in PvZ Universe: Invasion. He is the boot-leg counterpart of Shadow-shroom and helps the 4th Booter rule the world. However, he pretends to be on the other side. On the other hand, the Boot-legs know about his true loyalty to the group. Unlike the boot-leg versions of Moonflower and Nightshade, he can change between normal and powered at will, however becoming powered takes up more energy.

He was an unused fail-safe which was never finished, and never will be.

Appearance[]

The only difference between Shadow-shroom and it's Boot-leg version are the blue glowing eyes and the fact that Shadow-shroom is much wider than Boot-leg Shadow-shroom, who is thinner presumably to assist his maneuverability.

Powers[]

He can use limited telekinesis. Along with this, Boot-leg Shadow-shroom can also poison anything with physical contact. His final ability is to regenerate power quicker than other plants. This makes up for his lower stamina.

Weaknesses[]

His low stamina can easily hinder his tasks. This mainly effects his telekinesis and other tricks. Another weakness is how unstable he is; he can randomly lose or gain power along with his tasks being cancelled for no reason whatsoever.

Personality[]

Unlike the other violent Boot-legs, he keeps a fabricated calm exterior to show that Boot-legs can be civil. However, something pounding inside of him wants him to be violent; he will take any opportunity to lash out especially when he's stressed.

For whatever reason, he likes certain people who he has just met. This can not be explained, not even by his creator. An example of this is Hazel.

Trivia[]

  • His drastic change in his width and height is a minor reference to the Odd Mushroom from Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, which has both a thin and wide variation.
